Cancelling a zoom account of a colleague who no longer works in the company

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
We have two zoom accounts in my team. However, one of the zoom accounts is in the name of a colleague who left the company months ago. We are still being charged for that account - I cannot log into her account to cancel the subscription - I cant contact one single human being at Zoom to assist with this as I cant find a single contact email address for customer support at Zoom to request help with this issue - their chatbox function is useless and I am left paying for an account we can no longer access or need!
PLEASE HELP?!!!
