Automatically generated translation

On May 25, I participated in a great Work Transformation. I was impressed by the great technical performance. Do I understand correctly that the simultaneous translation from English into German, French and Spanish was generated by AI? Was it generated automatically? If so, other languages will be available for disposition. For example, it was possible to make a transcript in Czech. Will Czech also be a supported language for simultaneous translation? Will it be possible to communicate in meetings in this way in practice?

How can I set up an automatic translation of a webinar? Is it possible to automatically translate a past webinar say from English to French?

Yes, you are correct! The simultaneous translation from English into German, French, and Spanish was indeed generated by AI. This technology allows for automatic translation during live events, making it possible to reach a broader audience in multiple languages. As for additional languages, the availability depends on the specific AI translation tools and their supported languages. Czech and other languages could potentially be supported in the future as these technologies continue to evolve. The goal is to enable seamless communication in meetings and other collaborative settings, making it practical to communicate across language barriers.

Automatically generated translation refers to the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to translate text from one language to another without human intervention. These translations are quick and useful for basic understanding, but may lack the nuance and accuracy of professional human translations.
