Why does Zoom hide the option to create a new clip?

It's absolutely infuriating to me that when you are on the Clips tab of the Mac app, there's no obvious way to click "New Clip". Why do y'all make it so difficult to just navigate to create new content? This is so basic and annoying I'm on Version: ...
