Camera not working in "Video Mode" or on Zoom Meetings, but works in "background and effects Mode

When I go to the Settings screen and hit Video, I get a blank screen. It says it is hooked up to my camera. Then when I go the "Backgrounds and Effects" The camera works fine. It will not work at all in an actual zoom meeting. The audio works fine. T...
