Checked It All - Still No Avatar, Video Filters or Studio Effects

I have the latest Zoom version, cleared cache in Zoom apps and browser, made sure avatar functions are enabled, restarted, uninstalled/reinstalled Zoom, terminated and re-established my account. AND STILL when I sign into my volunteer group's website...
