プロプランなのに、無料プランのようにミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できない

プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。（パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態）調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてくだ...
