Logged out & settings reset to default each time app is launched

Dell laptopDebian 12.9 amd64Zoom Workplace 6.3.6SSO sign-in (Okta) Every time I quit the app and restart it, I am met with a Zoom login prompt and my Settings are reset to default, even though I check the box on the login screen to keep me signed in....
