ミーティングで自分のカメラが映らない

ミーティングの際、他の人の顔はこちらから見ることができるのですが、自分の姿が映りません。 デバイスをパソコンからスマートフォンに変更、もしくはデバイスを変えずに他のミーティングアプリで試すとカメラは映ります。ブラウザ上のテストは何回も行ったのですが、自分の姿は映らず暗いままです。デバイスの再起動やzoomアプリの再インストールを試しても変わりません。どうすればいいのでしょうか？
