Sending email to an outlook email address using my Zmail

When I used Zmail to send an email to an outlook.com email address it fails . No error message returned but it is not in my Zmail sent box. It works with Gmail addresses. So is Zmail not able to pass some DMARC verification issue imposed by Outlook? ...
