ライセンスの付け替えをしようとしたところ、上限回数に達したのか、付け替えができなくなり、ライセンスが余っているにも関わらず、誰にもプロ権限が付与されない状態になってしまいました。 チャットボットに相談しても、ダウングレードを薦められるだけで、解決に至りません。 費用は、すでに1年分前払いしています。元のようにプロ権限を回復させるには、どのように対処すればよろしいでしょうか？
