2024年3月にベーシックプランに手続き完了したのに、請求と引き落としが続いているにで、不正請求を止める方法を教えて下さい。 マイページでベーシックプランに変更を確認、請求履歴では請求はされてないことになっています。 不正引き落としの返金請求もしたいと思っています。
