Can't use laptop camera only virual mobile phone camera

Hi I have a problem with the camera. The diagram appears of a mobile phone and a lock on the screen. I don't know why the zoom on my laptop is trying to use my mobile phone camera? But when I go to settings, its the only option in the drop down menu....
