設定では待機室は間違いなく、有効になっています。それ以前には、ちゃんと機能していたのになぜでしょう？待機室が機能するためには、何か条件があるのでしょうか？（例えば、パーソナルIdを使用した場合だけ等）お分かりになる方がいらっしゃれば、教えてください。
