プロに契約しているのに、プロへのアップグレードを推奨され、ミーティングも40分しかできない状態です。マイアカウントで確認すると、プロになっているし、期限も切れていないです。電話での問い合わせはできないとアナウンスで言われました。どうした解決するかご存じの方いますか？
