Cloud recording vanished 15 hours after meeting

I'm a licensed zoom user. Yesterday I started a cloud recording, then ended it about 1.5 hours later. I heard the zoom audio message as I started and ended the recording ("Recording in progress" then later "Ending recording" or words to that effect)....
