Webinar - Webhook not firing when live session start

When I start a webinar with a practice_session, I receive a "webhook.started" event. Fine. I would like to receive a new one, "webhook.started" or at least a "webhook.updated" when the client pass it as LIVE from the Zoom webinar UI. The point is, ou...
