全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。

全画面にしなければ、普通に映像がでるのに全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。チャットツールなどを横に出せば全画面にしても真っ黒にはならないのですが 全画面のみにすると真っ黒になります。PCはサーフェスの11世代で、先日までは全く問題なかったのですが本日から急に上記の現象がでました。対応策を誰かお教えくださいませ。
