I run Zoom on Linux, both Ubuntu and Oracle Linux, using Gnome Desktop. I run multiple workspaces and I used to be able to click on Zoom's toolbar and select "Always on top" and "Always on Visible Workspace" - now there's no toolbars so its stuck to ...
