Screen sharing is "paused" and I can't unpause it

When I'm in a Zoom meeting on my desktop computer, when I"m the host (and probably when I'm not), when I go to share my screen, it just says "screen sharing paused" and I don't see any way to unpause it. It's really frustrating. I checked settings an...
