Chinese Characters in Zoom Invites Sent in Gmail in IOS

Good morning. Sometimes, when I send Gmails, Chinese characters or symbols appear in the From field to recipients. It seems to happen mostly when I send Zoom invites in IOS. I just tested it and it doesn't appear to happen when I use the web version ...
