Zoom meeting keeps freezing for 3-5 seconds at a time.

My meetings have been freezing for 3-5 seconds at a time (on both my end and the other participants' end) every several minutes. I work remotely and this is VERY inconvenient for me and the clients I work with -- we miss out on what each other is say...
