Thank you for your answer. I have just reinstalled Zoom, the problem is the same.I have checked the image link and it still works. Can I send the image any other way?

I mean my video AND the video of other people. The video is vertical but has these grey boxes on both sides that fill up the screen and leave the video smaller in the middle.
