Me chamo Jordão, sou do Brasil. O zoom renovou meu plano sem me consultar e não quero mais esse plano. O valor já apareceu na fatura do meu cartão, mas aqui no Brasil não encontramos qualquer canal para fazermos esse tipo de solicitação ou reclamação...
