My resolution is normal 1080p in Landscape view and the bottom toolbar is truncated, so I cannot see it. If I rotate my monitor to 1080p Portrait I can see the bottom toolbar. The zoom client cannot be made shorter than 1040 pixels in height. How do ...

I think I just solved this issue. Look at your Accessibility setting and see if Large Text is enabled. If so, disable it and the toolbar will hopefully display. Try enabling and if you are lucky, it will still be fine. I hope this helps!
