When I click on schedule a meeting a blank white window/block appears obscuring details I need in to insert and I cannot get rid of it any one else have this issue ? my computer is running Linux mint

This is my problem when I click on to schedule a meeting a white panel appears and obscures the information I need to insert for the meeting making it impossible to schedule any one else have this problem ? I'm using Linux mint on a laptop
