How to contact Zoom technical support

I have no audio output with Zoom, all setting are correct. I do not have a plan that offers phone support. Is there a plan to purchase or a way to get in contact with a live technical support person?

No audio Zoom only

I can longer hear the audio on Zoom calls and only on Zoom. All other audio works on my PC. When I bring up the Zoom audio settings the correct speaker is selected but I run thru the 4 selections that are there which includes the speakers (listed 2x)...
