Thanks for your reply. I get this alerts only when using Zoom. This is clearly a zoom thing. It doesn't happen when I use Google Meet or Microsoft teams.

I already disabled all screen reader alerts. It didn't help

I do have the accessibility tab. I disabled all alerts and still get this annoying audio alerts
