distorted audio during video sharing

During video sharing, the audio gets distorted. Only the singing part is audible, but the musical part isn't. I tried uninstalling Zoom and restarting my PC for any updates. Reinstalled Zoom. The issue persists.

Durante la condivisione dei video musicali viene distorto l'audio. Si sente solo la parte cantata, ma la parte musicale non si sente. Ho provato a disinstallare zoom e riavviare pc per eventuali aggiornamenti. Reinstallato zoom. Il problema persiste.
