I am trying to activiate my "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" feature. However, the toggle is greyed out and says "locked by admin." I am the admin and only user of the account (Zoom One Pro). Any ideas why I can't access?

I solved the problem. It has to do with how we're logged in (which doesn't make any sense to me, but is what it is). Apparently, when you access settings, you are not in the "account level" settings.Make sure you're opening the Account-level settings...
