Zoom for Salesforce Lightning dial out not working

I am working on configuring the Salesforce and Zoom For Lightning App(App exchange package) and cant seem to get it to work. Dialing in works fine when i call the zoom number. However, when a user logs into Zoom and tries dialing out theyll get stuck...
