Can't update app from old 5.13.12053 version. Zoom is blocking it, I've spent hours on this, HELP!!

I just updated from and old Free acct. to Pro Plan and thought this would update the app. I am the admin. of my computer. When I try to download the current program I keep getting a message that my app has to be updated to at least a 5.14.5 version Z...
