Subscription cancellation impossible - help!

Hi,I have another Zoom-account that no longer exists but via which zoom still collects money for a premium subscription every month. Since I can't log into it anymore, I can't cancel, and Zoom hasn't gotten back to my complaints yet.Can anybody help?...
