  • Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

User Activity

Auto record setting is off. However zoom is recording each meeting and this is clogging our cloud storage.
I am admin on Pro account. Setting is OFF for auto recording. But auto recording continues for this account. Not a personal meeting room or settings issue (per earlier questions I've seen here).
