As I said above, it's not a hardware problem as it works fine via the web interface. It's an issue with the Linux software (Version 5.17.1 as stated in the OP).

Already tried the first step, that's why I was looking for ZoomMedia.ini (which doesn't exist on my machine). Added the line to zoomus.conf, and now I can add backgrounds if (and only if) I turn on green-screen, this is not an ideal solution though a...
