How to sync Webinar with Salesforce

Hi Expert, I am a newbie. I have installed Zoom and done authorization in Salesforce. I want to sync Event in Salesforce with Zoom. However, the new Event I registered in Zoom does not update to Salesforce. Anything I have missed? Please advise. Bass
