Upgrade/Deinstallation does'nt Work 5.12.9638 / 5.12.3.9638 cant upgrade

good morning,i want to upgrade but i need to deinstall older version (32bit).Control panel means version 5.12.9638. Zoom startet mean version 5.12.3.9638. If i want to deinstall the path which included zoominstallerfull.msi with Versions from 5.12.96...
