Integrated camera not unlocked

I have a Lenovo laptop that I cannot make the integrated camera work on. It shows up as a grey screen with a padlock. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling it. i have checked my settings and it is all on. I have checked my firewall and the ...
