reinstall new version getting reslib.dll missing

I had zoom but needed to do an upgrade on the program. When trying to install onto Win11 and downloading ,Version 6.1.11 (45504) I get an error message that says reslib.dll is missing. Search for reslib.dll using dir reslib.dll /s no files. tried dir...
