through a zoom meeting vid has horrible quality.

It's a 640-480 vid.Once it's played through a zoom meeting the quality suffers considerably. Near-optimum-conditions. Using RG-45 connexion.It is an MP4 Any suggestion would be greatly appreaciated, thanks.
