ヘッドホンの音が聞こえません

パソコンを買い替えたところ、音声が、本体からの出力の場合はスピーカーから聞こえますが、ヘッドフォンに切り替えると聞こえなくなりました。スピーカーのテストをしますと、瞬間大音量で音が出た後、音量が下がり、ほんのかすかに聞こえますが、ほとんど聞きとれません。他の設定でも同様です。音が出ているのは確かです。パソコンのメーカーに問い合わせたところ、Zoomのソフトの問題だと言われてしまいました。ただYouTubeは正常に音が出ますが、Zoomを立ち上げますと、YouTubeの音声が出なくなってしまう現象...
