Removing Fathom and what else is best?

Hi, I downloaded Fathom for note taking but it doesn't cover Webinars which is my main requirement. Q1. How do I remove it? Q2. What app would be best for recording a transcript of a webinar? Thanks guys Tom

Poor quality video

I just ran a webinar with a pre-recorded video. Many people have said that that the video quality was poor and they couldn't read the slides. Why is this? Thanks
