All of Computer Lags After Joining Zoom Meetings (all solutions tried)

Been having this problem for two months with no resolution. Computer is hooked up to Dual Monitors and works fine for the day until I join a Zoom Meeting at which point ALL of the computers apps, moving my mouse around the screen, etc. all lags. AGAI...
