A problem with converting audio and video records.

Zoom version 5.15.7 (21404), macOS 13.4.1 (c) I have a problem with my records. I didn't know how to fix this problem. I didn't hear audio and watched a video recording.Screen below. Please help me! Instead video file and audio I saw it.
