Account Ownership Transferred but Cannot Use

Our HOA has a Pro Zoom account. The prior treasurer transferred ownership to me. The prior meeting ID and PassCode that she setup do not work. She cannot log into Zoom with her prior credentials. I cannot schedule a meeting greater than 40 minutes. Z...
