How to stop pop out window appearing each time I launch zoom?

Can you help? Please tell my open zoom I have to make several clicks to close out all the back windows. All I want to do when I start zoom is run zoom. Is there a way I can disable these pop-ups? Any help appreciated

Can you help? I just got a new MacBook Air and with an M2 chip. I'm trying to install zoom. And allows me to download the software run the installation process and then at the end it won't allow me to install it. Any tips on how I can overcome this g...
