I HAD the free desktop client and lost my pictures once before, but never my saved chats. Then I guess it auto updated to zoom workplace and then windows 11 did the rest and now I have the horrid version of free zoom workplace and no pictures OR chat...

Is there no longer an option to be co-host or they changed the name to make it sound fancier? It was simpler before. Why this change? Before, you could make anyone you trust a co-host; they did not have to be signed in or licensed on the same account...

I had the terrible experience of LOSING all my manually loaded background images - maybe 100! I am sick about this. Has anyone else lost their entire library of uploaded background pictures?

I didn't even update or reinstall and I lost ALL of my many photo backgrounds that took many hours to install on zoom. Has this happened to anyone else and are they gone forever? the one thing i did NOT want to lose is my backgrounds!
