インターネットに接続できているのに、接続エラーが毎回でます

6.1.11バージョンに更新してから、ネット接続エラーが多発してます。もちろん接続は無線、有線どちらも検証し、マックス繋がっています。別のアカウントで立ち上げると、動作は順調で、ひとつのアカウントだけ、画面のちらつきと、チームチャット送受信ができません。現在はブラウザ版で対応していますが、デスクトップ版に比べて細かな設定ができないので、困っています。
