RTO & RPO for zoom outage

Hey can anybody help me know what its the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) incase of zoom outage. This is bit urgently required to perform some impact assessments, since zoom being our secondary meet options. Thanks!
