How do I enable this right side tab toggle in Zoom

I for the life of me cannot find the option in Settings that turns on this toggle switch to enable the calendar that allows you toggle through days and explore upcoming meetings. How do you turn this on?

Is there a way to limit the reminder notifications that popup on the bottom right of the screen to JUST Zoom meetings only. My coworker and I have ALOT of items on our outlook calendars and zoom is popping up notifications on everything. If there isn...
