I'm on a windows system, and I cannot get the blurred background to turn off, even when I select "none" as my background option.

I did! One of the amazing Zoom customer support team members stayed with me through the whole thing to resolution, and she ended up figuring out it was a setting in my new computer which was automatically creating the blur. Nothing at all with Zoom, ...
